A little about Jack.

I’m Jack Scott, a veteran, business owner and radio enthusiast in Gulf Shores, Alabama. I like keeping useful things working—and finding a way forward when something doesn’t go to plan.

A few decades of figuring things out.

I ran DVR Systems for 32 years. These days, a lot of my time goes into Scott Radio & Electronics, helping people find radio parts, bringing older equipment back to life, and building the next piece of the business.

PhoneTech USA and Namebrand Warehouse are part of that story too. Different needs, different storefronts, and the same person taking a personal interest in how things turn out.

The basics still matter.

I’ve worked with employees and mentored people over the years. One lesson I keep coming back to is simple: enjoy the exciting work, but make time to check the basics. The ordinary details are often what make everything else work.

That applies at the bench, in business, and in the way we take care of customers.

Failure is an option. You don’t HAVE to choose it!
